More Plastic Surgery for Arnold?
Arnold Schwarzenegger's been under his plastic surgeon's knife again.
Examine closely the differences in the Governor's jaw line and facial structure in the side-by-side photo above, a sign of recent genioplastic work. We don't know which Beverly Hills surgeon did this work, but he or she knows how to keep Arnold's skin tight as a drum.
We also prefer the stronger jaw and admire the flawless face lift, especially the eye lids. But ditch the tan-from-a-tube, Governor
