Let us all go back in time, to that fateful September 11th morn...

We all know (hopefully) by now, that on that pivotal day, Bush had trundled his lying posterior to a elementary school. Ya see- Karl Rove had figured that if Bush was photographed in front of a bunch of schoolkids, the average red-state voter would overlook his utter distaste for spending money on public services, such as education.

Fortunately for those of us who have an internet connection, and time to download it, The Memory Hole shows us how Bush greeted the news that America was under attack.

Check it out- at the very beginning of the film, you'll see a suited guy come up to Bush and whisper something in his ear. This is one of his handlers- and the message he's giving to the "President" is: "A second plane has hit the World Trade Centers- America is under attack."

And this is where it gets interesting- Watch his reaction...

"What?" I hear all of you asking, "What reaction? There is NO reaction- he just looks at the book, and continues with the event..."

THAT'S PRECISELY THE PROBLEM.

The "President" has just been informed that the Uinted States of America is under attack, and he displays no emotion or reaction.

Wouldn't you think that, under the circumstances, he would display a tad of backbone and leadership? People were dying- our country was experiencing the worst domestic attack since Pearl Harbor- but what does he do?

He shrugs his shoulders, and continues with his canned media event...

A few of the more inbred amongst us would say that Bush was showing "Resolve" and "Steel" under a crisis.

Yeah, right...

If I were a tad more conspiratorially-minded, I would say that this lack of any detectible response on his part was because HE ALREADY KNEW THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. Remember- Richard Meyers, his CIA director, was big buddies with Mahmed Ahmed (head of the Pakistani ISI), who was buddies with Mohammed Atta (ringleader of the 9/11 attacks.)

These spooks are a clannish, secretive bunch, after all...

But I'll cut my ramblings short here- take a look, and make up your own mind.
